Day 3 – Sunday March 30th. I am still playing catch up with my posts I am two days behind as I was away for the weekend and the internet connection just didn’t want to facilitate my night time blogging! On Sunday I was at a birthday party for the lovely Lucy and the smell of baking was so gorgeous, Lucy’s mum is one heck of a baker! The most difficult thing about eating a controlled amount of food is the food handed back to you from your child, for me I am always eating it – big mistake I know. The saying kitchen pickers wear bigger knickers is also true for child scrap eaters….I brought my daughter and my nephew to the party and yes you guessed it I was handed sausage rolls, half munched buns and other really easy to just scoff pieces of food – so I had to dig deep. Dig deep I did and I was proud of myself and felt great.
